Brodart literature recognized with four more design awards

New York City—For the third straight year, Brodart Furniture’s literature has been recognized in the national magazine, Graphic Design: USA. This year, however, Brodart’s marketing pieces took home a record four awards!

After wining one award in 2003 and another in 2004 from the same publication, news of four more awards reinforced the effectiveness of Brodart’s marketing approach.

“We are pleased to offer our dealers literature of this level,” said Marketing Director Chris Frantz. “There’s a lot of competition in our industry, and I think Brodart stands apart from our competitors. Along with our commitment to designing first-class collections, our marketing material plays a key role in helping us achieve our position in the marketplace.”

Two of the four awards went to product description sheets for the L4 Lounge Series and the Lolita Chair. Also an award winner, the LEEDs brochure is an equally important part of the Brodart marketing strategy. This piece highlights Brodart’s commitment to environmentally conscious manufacturing and outlines how schools that incorporate Brodart’s furniture in their library environments can achieve LEED points.

The fourth to be recognized was a new logo designed to promote the L4 Lounge Series. Sire Advertising, of Selinsgrove, PA, worked hand-in-hand with Brodart to develop an identity that represented the unique style of the collection. Sire also directed the photography and designed the award-winning pieces mentioned above.
